MADE IN THE USA: Knit on the grounds of the historic woolen mill in Ashland, New Hampshire, USA, these socks are comprised of 58% Merino Wool, 22% Nylon, 19% Stretch Nylon, and 1% Spandex.

DURABLE AND BREATHABLE: The Mountain Heritage collection is knit to maximize merino wool against the skin with added nylon on the outside in the highest wear zones of the sock for high durability and exceptional breathability.

PERFORMANCE FIT: Designed to comfortably fit the shape of the foot to prevent slipping, bunching, and blisters.

QUICK WICKING: Thanks to a high Merino wool content, these socks quickly wick moisture away from the skin and are fast drying.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

MADE IN NEW HAMPSHIRE, USA: In 2019, we chose to build our own sock development mill at our on-site facility at the Minus33 headquarters in Ashland, NH. Bringing some of our sock manufacturing back to the original L.W. Packard mill site allows the sock development team to be more directly involved in the design process, quality control, and lets us be hands-on with the final product every step of the way.

MERINO WOOL BENEFITS: - Moisture-Wicking: Merino wool regulates the amount of moisture on your skin by absorbing any moisture or sweat on your body, and then the absorbed moisture evaporates out of the fabric into the atmosphere. - Insulating: Wool fibers have a natural crimp, which creates air pockets that trap dead, warm air inside – right next to your skin. - Flexible and Resilient: Merino wool socks are naturally elastic, allowing them to stretch to your movements. At the fiber level, wool has a natural crimp which helps it bend to move, and then return to its initial shape. - Natural: Merino wool socks are natural and can be composted with minimal waste when the end of their lives are reached, or can easily be recycled to create other wool products.
